Visa Information

Visas are not required for ECOWAS member states but are required for AU member states on arrival.  The invitation letter to the workshop will be useful for this purpose.  Online visas are available for certain countries, please note that Ghana visa costs can range from US$ 150.00 per person.  Detailed Visa Information

Passports must be valid for at least six months after your proposed departure date. We advise you to check the latest visa requirements with your local embassy of representative prior to your departure.  

Prior to entry, visitors to Accra should be in possession of valid health certificate for yellow fever. Participants should have individual health responsibility for arranging their own expenses, such as life, health, and other forms of insurance coverage for the duration of the meeting as they deem appropriate. 

In any case, the conference organizers will not be held liable for any medical, health, incidental, or emergency that may occur to participants.
